LP SmartSide and 2x4 Walls
We use LP SmartSide for our shed walls. It's a treated, exterior grade panel pre-primed a natural tan color. Walls are framed with hand selected top choice 2x4 studs.
Solid Block Footings
We level your shed on solid concrete blocks preventing direct contact with the ground. This ensures many years of service without rot or insect damage.
Locking Door Tee Handle
Doors are secured with a locking tee handle with keys.
2x6 Floor Joists and 3/4 Plywood
We use pressure treated 2x6 or larger floor joists 16" on center and 3/4" plywood for a super strong and solid floor.
Gable Vents
Gable vents are included on all of our sheds. Some companies charge extra.
30 Year Architectural Shingles and 4" Roof Overhang
We offer a choice of many popular shingle colors to choose from. And our sheds have a 4" roof overhang to help protect the shed from weather.
White No Maintenance PVC Trim
If you look at old sheds you will notice that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim. We eliminate that from happening by using only PVC trim boards. They never need paint and they will never rot.

If you have bikes or motorcycles or just about anything with wheels then you'll want this ramp. Built to withstand heavy loads.
Custom Painting - $3 per sq ft
($250 Minimum)
We offer custom painting of your shed if you would like a different color than the standard tan. We use Dunn-Edwards premium exterior paint.
